Hey I'm just wondering why the year 1979 is excluded in the Timeline Template even though the year's page is available in this Wikia. Is it just because it does not have any massive impact in the Godzilla timeline or am I missing something?
Hi I'm Apex Predator maybe you remember me maybe not, well I came here in order to know what we know about the second tie in novel for the anime trilogy Godzilla: Project Mecha-Godzilla.
There is interesting info in that novel that must be added here. Soo wanna know which is the current state of the info.
Also I want to discuss a serious subject, and admin from another wiki (Not Wikizilla) said admins from this wiki gave up and know everyone can make edits in this wiki freely with correct and incorrect information, soo wanna know if you have a message to them, or an opinion at least.
Hello! And yes, I remember you. Currently, I'm sifting through new information present and our fellow editor Dream is helping us add some on Project Mechagodzilla as well. Basically, we're on it and it's being added.
And nah, we didn't give up. Rules are still enforced and I ensure they stay that way. Only correct information's available. I don't know who said that, but unless it comes from the Admins of this wiki, basically, me, Gall, or Goro, don't take it seriously.
Hi thanks for your reply. Wow so you guys have the actual novel? that's cool.
I hope you can add all the information about it, specially the upgrade for Godzilla Earth's Crimson Spiral Beam which destroyed Gorath which had a diameter of 30 kilometers and a mass comparable to Earth's moon.
Help is always appreciated since my understanding of Japanese is rusty, alongside my lack of owning the novel. I'm basically going off of what people are able to tell me and discuss. Brisden's doing some work there, helping too, so we're making some waves there, but if you could help, by any means please do.
Well I know japanese (not perfect yet) but I was hoping you guys to show me some scans of the novels in order to help, but yeah I was adding some information about the new film but people get upset with me cuz of the Spoilers.
Just be careful about posting spoilers in your edit summaries. As in, don't. Templates that warn of spoilers are basically enough to ward off those who don't want them, and they'll voluntarily have to read further, but everyone can see the recent edits, regardless of if they wanted to or not. Bit too late now in the case of Yuko, which now has its own discussion, but yeah. For further cases, just ensure the spoiler tag exists, and if you're adding spoilers, don't mention them in the edits section. I'll probably come up with some spoiler related rules soon. Basic ones.
And I have no scans of the novel. No money to buy it, either, lol.
Ok and I truly sorry about Yuko (the case is that I made a first edit with no description with spoilers, but a guy removed my edits so basically the second time I put the Spoiler in the edit description, in order to not be removed again)
I completely forget where it was stated. The best thing I have now is Martin's explanation that this Godzilla was basically an offspring that inherited its "parent's" looks and nature. If I recall correctly, the term clone was used given this Godzilla's plant-like origins. Since plants effectively "clone" themselves to reproduce. But I don't think Filius' specific origins were ever brought up, barring external media. Meaning I'll get around to changing it, soon. Yunno, after bedtime, lol.
Makes sense now. I hope to find the external information then.
However I dont think is necesary to change the Cell-Clone description. As you said plants clone themselves so it is alright.Maybe we can link a plant propagation page to backup the info.
It sounds like there is some feeling among the participants there that more moderation is needed. I see that both you and Forever Sonic & Godzilla have moderated and participated there, so I wanted to see what you think.
There's good sized group of active users there and many of them exclusively use the FANDOM community apps and so may not be aware of all the details of this community.
We have a volunteer group of Global Discussions Moderators that can be available for short-term help if you are interested. They can work with the Discussions users, possibly identify some potential moderator candidates and make an effort to improve communication between the wiki editors and app users.
Let me know what you think. We're here to help out!
Oh, yeah, entirely, there needs to be. I've jumped in and out of there but it's something I just can't keep my own eye on as a near singular person for this Admin group 24/7.
Personally, I also can't exactly determine who'd be capable for the job myself, as again, I don't foray much into this, so some short-term help could be useful. Very much interested.
My only concern is finding users who're capable and then having them dip randomly. Has happened twice to me now, so I don't exactly have the best luck with finding users like this who stay, if you get me.
