Signal to End is the nineteenth issue of IDW Publishing's Godzilla comic series, Godzilla: Rulers of Earth, released on December 17, 2014.
Plot

Minette and Mallory are knocked out and being transported in a plane. They can't move their bodies, are injured, and are surrounded by armed guards. But their far from helpless. They use their psychic abilities to call upon their friend Battra, who disabled the plane with no effort. Minette and Mallory were freed, and reunited with their greatest ally.
Days after, Steven Woods met the Shobijin and the Mothra Larvae on the beaches of Monster Island. He allowed the young Larvae to roam the island while he and the Shobijin sat in his office. The Shobijin explained what happened to Infant island. They told a terrible tale of the Battle between and the weakened Mothra. Battra had appeared on Infant island and began wrecking havoc. He used his meye beams to destroy the inhabitants of the Island and cripple Mothra. The Shobijin were confronted my Minette and Mallory, but Mothra delayed and let them and her larvae to escape.
