Steven Woods and Allie walk along the road and talk a bit when Woods spots some dead spiders and playfully puts Allie on his back and runs off, before Kumonga appears. In Washington, the President reveals America's own robotic Godzilla, MechaGodzilla, has been planned to try to stop Godzilla, and jobs will be created in Detroit, Michigan to aid in its construction. Night comes, and Woods and Allie sit around a campfire while something stares at them from the shadowy woods.

Some time later, MechaGodzilla is inaugurated and sent to battle Godzilla in South Dakota. After a short skirmish, Godzilla blasts MechaGodzilla in the rear and MechaGodzilla short-circuits and goes on a rampage in Atlanta. Meanwhile, some thugs try to sack Woods and Allie, but Woods beats them up.
