The FinalJira is mostly based off of the previous Zilla design, and remains mostly unchanged. The two most notable differences between the FinalJira and its predecessor are its scutes, which now point up straight instead of curving forward like the ShodaiJira's scutes, and the color of its skin, which is now a stone grey, presumably to blend in with the Sydney architecture, similar to how the ShodaiJira blended in with New York's architecture. The quality of the FinalJira design is purposefully very poor, using less detailed textures, lightning, and shadows.
- The FinalJira was intentionally made to look like rushed CGI so as to mock the effects of Zilla's original 1998 film, as well as to make a reference to how CGI was used extensively in his film debut.
- The CGI model for the FinalJira was created by scanning Trendmasters' Ultimate Godzilla figure.
