Godzilla vs. Evangelion (ゴジラ対エヴァンゲリオン Gojira tai Evangerion?) was a 2017 Japanese collaboration project based on characters from the Godzilla franchise and Hideaki Anno's anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion to promote Anno's film, Shin Godzilla. The line featured figures of the original characters or combinations of existing characters from both series.
In addition to merchandise, the event also spawned the extreme-motion ride Godzilla vs. Evangelion: The Real 4-D at Universal Cool Japan in 2019 and a panchinko game, P Godzilla vs. Evangelion: G Cell Awakening in 2022, both featuring original crossover stories.

Godzilla vs. Evangelion-themed events were featured in the games Monster Strike, Kai-Ri-Sei Million Arthur, and Super Robot Wars X-Ω. In November 2022, Godzilla Battle Line added Evangelion Unit-01 and the Fourth Angel as new playable characters, with Evangelion Unit-00 and Evangelion Unit-02 added on February 28, 2023, and Evangelion Unit-08β and the Tenth Angel were added on March 17.

- The two franchises would collaborate again in the 2022 Anno project Shin Japan Heroes Universe, which features Shin Godzilla among other tokusatsu heroes.
