Not even cheesy 90's dubbing can take away from this moment. If you're confused, or just plain haven't seen the movie... You need to watch it.
Finding a good DVD version is, unfortunately, not an ideal process. The Region 1 DVD release is somewhat sub-par (cheesy 90's dub only, terrible TERRIBLE resolution, looks awful on a big TV) and don't even think about looking for a Region 2 release unless you want to check out the German dub (never done so myself, so I can't vouch for how good/bad it is) Your best options are to import the Region 3 Hong Kong release (good quality, original soundtrack and comes with english subs) though it's worth noting that you'll be dealing with english subs and Chinese subs at the same time, which cannot be removed. If that's a deal breaker your only real option is Madman Entertainment's region 4 Australian release of the movie, which is excellent (good quality, original soundtrack with subs and optional dub) but I understand can be a pain to find nowadays.
