Deathla is a kaiju that was set to appear in the film Godzilla 3D to the MAX. The film has been cancelled due to upcoming Godzilla 2014 movie.

Appearance

There are no confirmed concept art or pictures of Deathla, but director Yoshimistu Banno has described Deathla as similar to Hedorah in appearance, but with more of a upright standing posture. Deathla is also red in color, with a slimy texture and a face like a human's skull. The creature has bony spikes down its back and on the shoulders. The creature may have multiple arms, legs, etc. due to the fact that it can probably recreate those parts of its body.

Powers/Abilities

Deathla's powers and/or abilities are unconfirmed so far, aside that the creature can turn into a swarm of locusts and it has a mushroom form. Though the creature probably has the ability to use its tentacle like arms somehow as its weapons.
