Balkzardan

Balkzardan is a being of unknown origin that collects electrons through an aparatus on its tail and the wing-like projections on its back store electrons.
It releases electric blasts from its tusks and can travel at Mach 3 on land. Strangely enough, it has a massive thunderstorm swirling around it for miles around.
Apparentlly from information from the Godzilla 2000 pocketguide, it was a candidate for a Mothra film or an unused Heisei continuation that was scrapped. Because of this there speculation that he's a mystical being.
